Sausage, Potato & Kale Soup

I thought this Sausage, Potato & Kale Soup would be the perfect meal in honor of St. Patrick's Day!  I first saw this soup on Pioneer Woman, and my husband said it looked good.  Not a soup that was particularity appealing to me, I still wanted try it out since my husband was so vocal about it.  It really is a delicious hearty soup and i'm glad it appealed to him.

Mesh Wreath

I finally tried my hand at making Mesh Wreaths.  They weren't as difficult as I thought they would be, in hindsight the only thing I would have done differently is use floral wire as opposed to pipe cleaners.  The bright color one is for my sister who is in Optometry School and my mother who wanted an "everyday" wreath.  They absolutely loved them!
