We Bought a House!

That's right, you read right!  In the midst of wedding planning chaos, Kimili and I decided this was a good time to disrupt our lives and move literally down the street.  Though it was a crazy process, we absolutely love our new home and are settling in while getting ready for our wedding next week!  Of course i'll be back to share more, but for now here is a pic of our new place!

Gwen's Old-Fashioned Potato-Beef Casserole

Trisha's Southern Kitchen is becoming one of my favorite shows on the Food Network.  Last Sunday morning, in an homage to her home state of Georgia she made dishes that she grew up with.  Though I have not tried Gwen's Old-Fashioned Potato-Beef Casserole personally, it is definitely on my list of recipes to try.
