This meal has really become a staple on our dinner menu. It may be a little messy to eat, but it is so worth it. The first time I made these, I melted the cheese on top thinking it would hold the bun together(pictured below), that didn't work out to well. The second time I melted the cheese in the bun then topped with meatballs, peppers & onions and the sandwich stayed together almost perfectly. You can find the recipe at
